On May 30th, we welcome The Tanglers to the Wild Bush stage — bringing a high-spirited blend of bluegrass, folk, funk, and Americana straight from the heart of New Orleans.
The Tanglers don’t just play bluegrass — they bend it. Rooted in Appalachian tradition but infused with Crescent City rhythm and swing, their sound is tight, dynamic, and impossible to stand still to. Banjo rolls, fiddle runs, mandolin chops — all delivered with that unmistakable New Orleans spark.
After lighting up stages from Jazz Fest to regional festival circuits, they’ve earned their reputation as one of the city’s most exciting acoustic acts. Expect toe-tapping, hand-clapping, and a lawn full of dancers before the sun even goes down.
